IE 6

On Internet Explorer 6.0, on the toolbars I have one that
says "vooplnoonoo". Don't know where that comes from but
whenever, I relaunch IE, it automatically opens this
toolbar although I deselect it.

What is this and how can I get rid of?

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
