IE Toolbar

Hi Everyone,
Please help, my IE toolbar at the top of the screen has gone into one continuous line.
I have tried pulling it down into the usual three rows of icons but nothing happens.
Would much appreciate ant help.

Unlock the Toolbar, and the customize the placement of the bars.
Alternately, to reset the toolbar positions to defaults, use this method:
