IE to PDF error

Here is what happens:

Export to PDF, save the document as a PDf, when I close
the PDF window, IE generates a message like this -

Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

I am really frustrated. Please help. Thanks for your
help.
