IE to open maximised

How do you set Internet Explorer to pop up a maximised
window when you click on a link in Internet Explorer, when
click on a link from an email in Outlook, etc?

[Norm]

Matt, just stretch the window to full size using your mouse. When your
satisfied with the size click File and then Close. This works for OE, IE
and Windows Explorer.

....with the proviso that the resized window must be the last window closed
for its size to be remembered.
