IE title bar not disabled

Whie developing a project a print option is to be given so
that a particular invoice is printed....the invoice is
displayed in IE. when print command is given through a
button click a new window is opened where everyting is
disabled only scrollbars are enabled , but when print
finally when print button is clicked the title in the
title bar is also displayed and printed when print out is
taken so give solution why title bar is not disabled even
when titlebar is set to NO while opening a new window

The header and footer information in File-Setup needs to be changed.
You have not disabled that.
