IE Temp folder: where is it?

Hi All,

When I choose to download a file or program on InternetExplorer, I select to
run it rather than save to my pc, the dialog box and download progress bar
says files are downloading to a Temp folder. Where is located this Temp
folder? Thanks

In Internet Explorer go to Tools - Internet Options - General tab (the first
one) - Temporary Internet Files section and click on the Settings button.

BTW, I think you would do better to save the download to your hard disk
first and then run it. This way you always have a copy of the installer so
there's no need to re-download if you need to re-install.

Thanks Modem Ani,
I used to save most programs I downloaded from Internet but I find
unnecessary doing it for some of them, thats I prefer to 'run'.
