IE Start Navigation Sound Disappeared

I'm using Windows XP, IE 7, and just the other day my "start nav" click sound
disappeared. I miss it, but when I try to restore it in settings, sounds,
etc., there is no "start navigation" option under IE anymore! what gives?

Do you even have an IE category in Sounds?

Try Windows Explorer.

hmmm... not sure about SP2 or 3, but my system is updated fairly regularly
and automatically.

and i meant windows explorer. there is no start nav item there, just
complete nav.
