IE Slow Slow slow

Hello,
lately my IE is soo slow, going from page to page it doesn't load as fast as
it used to. I am on Cable internet and using other browsers everything moves
quickly. I have scanned with both Spybot and ad-aware and have no spyware on
my computer, so it cant be that. Anyone else noticing this problem? Anyone
know how to fix it?
Otherwise Firefox for me.

Windows version?

Simply scanning with Spybot and Ad-aware isn't sufficient to say you have no
adware or spyware on the machine, especially if you didn't seek and install
updates for both apps before running them.

I update spybot and Ad-aware every time I use it.

Even Spybot and Ad-aware can't nail all malware, especially the very newest
variants. When all else fails, HijackThis
(http://forum.aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to
use. It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware.

Here are a couple of things you may try if you haven't already.
In Internet Explorer Click on "Tool", Then Click "Internet Options".
Now, click "Delete Cookies" then "Delete Files."

You may also want to clear your "History" near the bottom. It will clear the
list of every web page you have visited.

Sometime cleaning up this junk can help free up some speed.
