IE Shortcut - Maximized

Is there any way to build a IE shortcut that loads a specific URL and opens
IE maximized?

Another simple way is to launch the short-cut and if it loads itself in a
non-max size, then just maximise the browser. Then close the browser session
and relaunch the short-cut. It will remember the last window size.

Have you tried this? It remembers the size (if you re-size the window) but
not weather is was maximized or not. Thanks any way for the replay - maybe
someone knows of a way.
