How can you see someone's search history with different
search engines. ie Yahoo or MSN.

If they clear the temp internet files and history is this
possible?

If the IE cache has been flushed, you cannot.
If it has not been cleared, type "regedit" (no quotes) from your
Run > Dialog box > navigate to this Registry Key.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs]
