IE Scrolling slow after download of sp2

I recently downloaded sp2, and since then my IE is much slower when loading
pictures. Also the scrolling is extremely slow when moving through a web
page. Has anyone experienced this problem??

may be a conflict. what else is running? or think you can
remove sp2 in add/remove control panel. and/or do some
house cleaning.
