IE 6 Slow after XP SP2 installation

I have recently installed XP SP2 across our network of around 35 PC's. A
week or two after, a handful of PC's, around 5 or so, are loading web pages
exremely slowly. Ran all spyware and adaware products and have AV installed.
These computers are completely clean now, but IE still slow. I have no idea
as to the issue. Looked at MS patches and that doesn't seem to be an issue
either. Have tried removing or disabling all add-ons but still problem
remains.

Is anyone else having the same issues.

1. Corrupted cache. Delete the TIF folder of the affected user accounts.
