ie refuses to load

Suddenly my internet explorer will not load. Gives this
error message:

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience."

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet
Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.

I to had the same problem. Try the following,This seemed
to fix it for me in Windows XP Home. Hope I helped.

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in
Internet
Explorer

extensions

thanks mitch. You saved me from doing a lot of bad things to my computer (like restore, reinstall, delete, throw against the wall)
