IE refresh sometimes causes full screen to redraw

Some web pages cause my PC screen to redraw when I open
or refresh them - but otehrs don't. I have tried other
browsers and don't get this. The web pages may be ones
with javascript on - any suggestions appreciated,

Just realised, and then checked it - it seems to be
frame based pages that exhibit this behaviour . . .

just figured out the answer when I turned off the MSN
toolbar I installed a couple of days ago - no toolbar =
no screen flashing . . . bye, bye toolbar ??!?!?
