IE Randomy crashes

Hi -
My IE ver 6.0.2800.1106 xpsp1 keeps getting this error
message.
"Faulting application iexplore.exe, version
6.0.2800.1106, faulting module mshtml.dll, version
6.0.2800.1106, fault address 0x000ddead."
I have no idea what causes this?

OS: Windows xP Pro

With your anti-virus turned off the whole time, go to Windows Update and
apply the security patches, especially 818529.
