IE problems

Hi All,
I facing a problem with my IE ver6.0,when I try to click on some web site,
the status bar shown "page error" or "javascript" then nothing happen. need
some advise how can I resolve the problems.

Using : Windows XP (Home edition)
Norton systemworks 2002

Not much info to go on but, in control panel, internet options, advanced tab
put an x on 'disable script debugging'.
