IE problem when swapping users

I have two separate accounts set up with Windows XP Home Edition. When I
switch between users and attempt to open an Internet Explorer browser window
I get the following error message and have to restart my machine in order to
allow the second user to be able to open a browser window:

“Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.â€

Thanks in anticipation...

If you have McAfee Anti-Phishing filter, try disabling it (Tools > Manage
Add-Ons). That worked for me. If you don't use McAfee, try disabling other
apps you may have listed there.

Hi Myles,
Frank is Right, you may was n't aware of that happened, and also this can be
caused y Kaza Virus.
Go to Manage Add-Ons and disable all Non-MS IE Add-Ons and Click Ok to
confirm your settings, then Reboot your machine and see if the Issue
reproduce.
See this article about Kaza Virus:

Hope this Helps
