ie pages slow opening

pages are taking a long time to open, as long as 1 and a
half minutes! the information comes up as usual but it
doesnt open for ages, im on windows xp and this has been
happening over 2 weeks now! please help! Lee x

This is possibly being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)

Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at

Also, clear the IE cache from IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content.) It's often recommended that the TIF
folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)
