IE opens unexpanded

On my laptop only, when I open IE or go on to another link
it does not open expanded. It just the title bar accross
the top of my screen. I click the expand button for it to
open up. I have check all my options in Tools but I see
nothing that relates to this. Can some one help me out
with this?

Hi,
That's probably a regular, non-maximized IE window (albeit a very odd size.)
Grab the edges and stretch it out to fill the screen. Close any other IE
windows. Close that window last. It should remember that size.
