IE opens minimized

When I click on IE icon I get a small blue box with the
three buttons, minimize, maximize, close. When I click
on maximize it opens just fine. I've tried rebooting,
but still happens. Haven't installed anything lately.
Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

right-click the button then click Move and use your keyboard arrows to
get the tiny window out into the middle of your screen so you have some
elbow room. Then click Size and use your keyboard arrows to get it to a
usable size. Finally, use your arrow keys to stretch it to suit yourself.
After making sure that no other IE windows are open, close this one last so
that IE will remember this size for next time.
