IE Not responding for users on XP SP2

I have an XP SP2 set up with multiple users. One user the main one uses IE
over ADSL OK. However other users get the Not responding screen on IE.

All other Internet programs connect OK ie. MSN Messenger works OK.

This seemed to happen after I had aproblem with ADMILLI Service (Which I now
deleted)
