IE not remember proxy server value

I am change new proxy server value within the "Lan
Settings" in IE6, which is reached by going to
Tools -> Internet options -> Connections Tab -> Lan
Settinngs for use the internet.

After used internet and turn off, Everytime at turn on
Computer for use internet again, I can not use the
internet because IE not remember proxy server value but IE
remember old proxy value always.

What should I do, please help.

You Cannot Save Web Proxy Setting in I. E. on Some Windows-Based Clients
Settings that you configure for Web Proxy in Internet Explorer may not be
saved. When you restart the workstation, the newly saved configuration
reverts back to the default settings.
