IE not opening pop-up windows after clicking on links

I've got some sites which use pop-up windows that are
activated after clicking on a link. When I click on
those links nothing happens. As for pop-up blockers,
I've got google's toolbar but I've got it set to allow
pop-ups from the site(s), and yes, I've tried
CTRL+click. Anyone have an idea as to what's going on
and how I can get my IE to work? I've tried removing the
google toolbar, but no luck with that either.

Hi Sufian :)

Try the information below and see if it helps.

How to Enable Pop-ups:

The above issue can occur, if you have not enabled Activex scripts or jave
scripts.

Try enabling the scripts in IE by following the steps given below:

1.Open IE and click Tools and select Internet Options.
2.Click Security and click Custom level.
3.Scroll down the tab and enable all the options under "Activex control
and plugins".
4.Also enable the options under "Java VM" in the scroll list.
5.Click Ok.
