IE & NineMsn

I set my IE default startup page to "blank" I have deleted all
references to NineMSN from my computer but after a short time the
dfefault page reverts to NineMSN again. I suppose some malware is
responsible? I don't object to NineMsn but object to it forcing its
home page on me.
