IE new window accessability

Dear Sir/Madam

I am facing a strange problem since two days that of
accessing a new window in the IE. When i open a web page
and want to go to another thru a link. The window opens
into a blank page and then i get an error message
saying "This program is not responding" "Send an error
report". By sending the report. All the windows get
closed. Please help

Hi Manoj,

Close Internet Explorer and Outlook Express if either are open.

Start/run "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the quotes)

Control panel/Internet options/programs tab, click on "reset all web
settings"

Reopen and retry the links in Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.
