IE Needs to Close

"IE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
very sorry for the inconvenience." Error report send-
don't send. Error report contains:

ModName: mshtml.dll ModVer: 6.0 2800.1226
Offset: 00089920

Next screen is tech info

What is the problem and how do I fix? This happens very
frequently. I have already uninstall and reinstalled IE
6.0
