Ie Memory

I'm on a PowerMac G4 and I need to increase the memory of IE. I got a
message saying: Not enough memory to open this plug-in. Allocating more
memory to IE may help.

How do I increase the memory of IE? I clicked on the IE icon, went to
File and Get Info but it doesn't have Memory there. Please help!
