IE losing proxy settings

Users in AD domain are losing their proxy settings in IE.
Just an empty space where settings used to be.
Just started happening, suspect AD but have no evidence. No GPO settings
have been changed recently.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Mike

Can you provide any more information? Client OS and SP? Are proxy settings
applied via Internet Explorer Maintenance Policy?
