IE locking up, won't load webpages

Yesterday IE was working fine, now it's not. The cursor shows the pointer and
the hourglass. If I type an address in the address bar, it just sets there
with a blank screen. It won't load. Some of the things on the toolbar will
load if I click on them, some won't. If I click help, about IE, it does
nothing. If I click file, properities, nothing. I tried closing my firewall
(Zonealarm Pro) to test to see if that was the problem, but it still did it
even with Zonealarm closed. I've tried rebooting several times and it still
does it also. Netscape works fine, just not IE. Anyone know what to do?
