ZoneAlarm 4.0 not allowing me to use IE on the net ?

Wont let me load webpages at all, i also use netcaptor and loads them
just fine.

I ticked all the boxes for IE in Zonealarm but it still wont load
them, if i shut down ZA it works fine ??

What are proseses do i need to allow net access ?
