IE loading old page from November 8th?????

I have 2 systems...both XP SP2 with all current patches that upon openning IE
the page loads info form November 8th. I have tried clear the IE cache,
deleting temp files, running adaware se. No luck. Anyone else experience
this???

Even tried resetting home page.

What website is it that is showing information from Nov 8, 2005?
Is your system date and time correct?
Did you also delete all Cookies and Clear History from Internet Properties
along with deleting all TIF including Offline Content?
