IE Keeps Crashing

Since downloading security updates last week neither of our computers will
connect to the Internet via our wireless modem. We have contacted our
Internet Service Provider for technical support as well as technical support
through the manufacturer of our router. None have been able to assist us.
We do not have a virus and do not have spyware on our computers. We had no
problems until immediately following the downloads and restarting our
computers. Is there a patch for this problem? We have followed all the
suggestions thus far given by Microsoft concerning problems with one of the
updates but have had no success when attempting to access the Internet unless
we connect an Ethernet cord directly to the router. Our two computers differ
in models and operating systems. Help!

Hi malinka :)

If you have the Update 908531(will be listed in the Add/Remove Programs when
Show Updates box is checked), and have the HP Share-to-the-web installed,
then see the additional information here:

Customers in the U.S. and Canada can receive technical support from
Microsoft Product Support Services at 1-866-PCSAFETY. There is no charge for

Hope this helps.
