IE is not loadning background images

Problem:
IE is not loading background images on web page that is on LAN web server.
LAN is in trusted networks list.
I checked settings in IE but cant find the solution.

I have Win XP with service pack 2 beta
IE is version 6.0.2900.2149.xpsp_sp2_rc2.040610-1520
