IE is hanging up or freezing

All of the sudden, I am having terrible problems with
IE. When I log on to the net, I am only able to access
one web site, after that the browser seems to hang up or
freeze. It freezes even when I am trying to access other
pages within that same web site.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

i am having the same problem. i upgraded to IE 6 and i hit the wall. i am
still connected to the net, but i only can really get to one page, then it
dies. Is this a time out issue or some other setting?

i will take a look tonight.
Why would i need to do that though? i am not running any 3rd party
browsers.
I guess it strikes me as strange that it dies after going to one or two web
pages.
