Hellp all and HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!

My problem is that after running IE for an hour or so
suddenly I get a pop up message stating my systems
resources is dangerously low, and if I want to stop
whatever program that is on my list. (my list = if you do
crtl atl delete the box that pops up displaying what is
currently running on your computer). Now the strange thing
is I use to see Explorer when I did this. I know longer
see Explorer listed. And something seems to be eating up
my memory, not sure what it is. Can someone help me or
point me in the right direction.

All help is appreciated.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:

If nothing there helps, please post back to this thread.
