How do you un-lock the home page. I'm running XP.

This is usually caused by spyware/adware removers like
spybot search and destroy or by the spyware/adware
itself. As to how to unlock it i don't know because i
don't even know what operating system you are running
(There are 4 Windows XPs). All i can tell you is to
download a spy ware remover, run it then delete/uninstall
it or change the setting in your current spyware removing
program to unlock the homepage.

PS: Next time be a little more descriptive in your
message (Atleast the error message like maybee "This has
been disabled by your local administrator")

If you locked yourself out with Spybot S&D.
