IE Help!

I am trying to use Internet Explorer but EVERY single page
I try doesn't work! The LAN settings match, I wana reinstal
but I need to unistall the version I have right now frist
how do I unistall it? (I have tried add remove programs and
I dont find the file in there)

Is there anything else I can do, I don't want to use netscape.

My Msn messenger also doesn't but I think there both connected.

Yes I have scanned for viruses, spyware, adware with
everything!
