IE Freezes

Everybody wants to blame viruses and spywhare for IE freeze-ups. I keep
my system clean and still have problems. Ever since I downloaded the latest
updates for Windows SP 2 & 3 I have had more freeze-ups than when I was using
Win ME! Either IE freezews or IM freezes and the only way you can close them
is to Cntl,alt,del. I'm sure Microsoft has plenty of data to figure out what
the problem might be. Looking forward to more fixes for Win SP...

Hi Ron,
Try Repair the IE or Rereg IE and repair the winsock may damaged or corrupt.
To repair the winsock type in the run command:
cmd press OK
netsh winsock reset press Enter
then exit
Reboot
and see if that solve the problm.

P.S do you have other tool bar installed rather than MS IE.
