IE Format

Everytime I start IE after I reboot or start-up my
computer the format I left IE in is reformated with a
search window to the left (which I don't believe is part
of IE) and my links tab is missing. After opening IE for
the first time after start-up/rebooting, I can change the
format and it will stay the same until I start-up/reboot.
I've ran adaware many times and it isn't catching anything
that might be causing this problem. Any ideas on how to
fix this?
 
I understand that. The problem I have is it's the format
I left IE in when I turned my CPU off isn't the same when
I start it back up. My links bar is missing, all of the
icons are large, etc.
