Can someone provide me some help.

I am running Windows XP SP2 , and my IE is IE6.

Recently, IE can not establish connection now, it pops up "IE can not
open search page". and my firefox says "can not establish connection".
I am sure My network connection is okay.

And also the weird thing is when i use "netstat -n" it shows up local
address and foreign address are all 127.0.0.1 and the connection is
established....

Can someone help,,

thanks a lot

Start | Run <type in>
CMD
<enter>
Then enter:
ipconfig /flushdns <enter>

Sometimes this works.
