Hi,

With my old OS I could be surfing the net and need to find a specific word
on the page so I'd use the "find" feature. For instance if I wanted to find
all entries for "Kalabash" it would take me there immediately instead of
having to read the whole page. I know this feature must be somewhere here
on Vista but I can't find the find! Please help.

Thanks,
Nancy

Hi Dennis,
Thanks so much. Now that I found the edit menu I changed it to be there all
the time. I prefer having the features right up there like in my old OS.

1. type "kalabash" in the search box
2. click on the right of search box ("v" button) and select "find on this
page"

Problem was there was no "edit". But I found the way to pull it up, thanks.

For those who also might have been searching for that familiar menu bar,
here's the easy fix. Right click along the gray area and check "menu bar",
then all those familiar things are there such as "file", "edit", etc. Once
I had that in place it felt like home again. :-)

menu bar is useless (it's a waste of space) because almost all commands are
in the toolbar icons
