IE fails to open - new problem

Hello all,

This is very interesting, firstly, in that no articles are
available, and I have just reloaded ie6setup.exe with last
service pack, restarted and same problem:

Error:

The instruction at "0x10012020" referenced memory
at "0x10012020". The memory could not be read.

Extra Info: the program fails to open, trys to debug and
provide link to known fix at MSN, which fails, before
closing. The Error Report has been sent to MSN.

Any advice will be appreciated, thanks.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
