IE Explorer - This page can not be displayed

When I launch IE, I get the message "this page can not
be displayed". I'm running Windows ME (I know, it's old)
It was working fine till Friday. I've reinstalled
Windows ME, my ISP software, re added my drivers for the
modem and I'm tired of dealing with the SBC Help Desk.
Any solutions? I was wondering if maybe the Windows
Registry got corrupted, and if so, how do I fix it.

I can get to the internet via SBC Browser, so at this
point, I know it's not a problem with my modem and
probably not the modem drivers like the SBC Help Desk
folks think it is. Appreciate any help you can give me.
