IE Explorer Blank Pages

After several minutes of Browsing/surfing , I get a blank pages with no
title in the window corresponding to it on the taskbar. After this window
appears, any links that is clicked opens a blank window with a blank title on
the taskbar.

I have to close al IE windows and then if I go back to the same link, it
opens normally. My computer is free of any spyware and viruses--I checked it
with MS antispyware Beta1, and Adaware Se.

Any suggestions how can I fix this? I have a WinY2k SP4!
