IE7 Randomly Loads a Blank White Screen

I am running Windows Vista Premium with IE7. The browser work fine.
However, for no apparent reason, a blank white screen with a "Blank Page"
designation in the taskbar is loaded on a regular basis whether I am browsing
or not. It takes up the entire taskbar, but does close without problem once
I reveal the taskbar by hitting the Windows icon key. A minor but annoying
problem. Please advise.

PS. I have 3 user accounts and a guest account including mine and my
account is the only one experiencing the problem.

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
