ie explore problem

hi
i was recently advised by my service provider to go back to IE6 from IE7
hopefully to solve a problem with outlook exp.since doing this i am unable to
enter any information into I Explorer 7 other starting things have occured i
cannot use system restore as an error message appears saying that it cannot
load because the ietutil.dll file is missing. this message appears on other
programs to any ideas please.

You will have to reinstall IE7 to use the points you saved in system
restore.
