IE error with Limited User Account

I recently tried setting my kids' user accounts
to 'limited". Since thenwhen logged into one of their
accounts, Internet Explorer does not work. When starting
the program, before any IE window appears, the
message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close" appears. I have Norton Internet Security,
but disabling that has no effect. IE worked fine when
everyone had an administrator account.

I expect you have some browser extension/helper/toolbar that fails to
work with limited accounts. IE plain works fine with limited user
accounts.
