Hi Brian,

Try to run msconfig (system configuration utility) from Task Manager.

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del
2. Open Task Manager
3. Click New Task on Application Tab
4. Type msconfig
5. Click the Startup Tab
6. Click Disable All
7. Click Apply
8. Click OK
9. Restart PC
10. Upon restarting, put a checkmark in the checkbox " Do not show this
message again"

You can try to run the command : explorer from the new task button

Thanks I will try that. I didn't want to do anything to erase his pictures,
as they are still there in the task manager portion.
