IE error msg

my internet explorer will not open... i recieve an error
msg something about it causing an error in vx2.dll i'm on
my uncles computer because i cannot open anything that
needs IE to run such as my documents thats why I'm not
sure what it says excatly but any help please send to my e
mail... I'm running Windows ME and IE 6 if that makes any
difference
