IE Error Massages

For the past several days, I get the below listed error messages, when attemting to access the net:
1. IExplore.exe-- Application Error: The instruction at "0x47baf42c" referenced memory at "0x47baf42c". The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate. Click Cancel to debug.
2. The same msg but it has a different memory error. This one is "0x47b9a612".

I have to debug several times before IE fully opens, and when I leave the net and try to log back on, these two messages appear again, and I have to start all over again.

Any suggestions?

Aloha,

When you see the Error-Reporting dialog, click "to see what
data this report contains" and identify the Module Name causing this
error. In most cases, it may be the spyware DLL. Therefore, reinstalling
Internet Explorer [in case of a spyware DLL] may not help.

Thanks but, the 2 pics you showed are of XP and I am uisng 2K. When this happens again, I'll pay attention to see if I have an option to view exactly what is being reported.
